Tyler Pierce

Creative Director, Carrot

Tyler Pierce is a Creative Director at Carrot - a Vice Company. He prefers to say ‘what if’ as much as possible. And if you ask him ‘can we do that?’ his answer will generally be, ‘yes, anything is possible’. He’s a content binger and believes the best ideas are usually the simplest ideas. Tyler has worked at digital shops, big shops, startups and in-house, on clients ranging from AT&T, Jameson, Kings of Leon, Delta, Target, TED and Ford. His southern accent is real.

Juliette Richey

Director of Content, Carrot

Juliette Richey is the Director of Content at Carrot - a VICE company, a new-media marketing agency headquartered in Brooklyn, NY specializing in digital media strategy, design, development and video production.

Juliette leads production for all original branded content and oversees Carrot Studios. She has been crafting and capturing content for some of the world's most innovative brands for the past 6 years. Outside of her commercial experience, Juliette has production roots in documentary film here in New York City holding positions at the Tribeca Film Festival, and The Independent Feature Project.

She is an avid reader, a lover of dystopian future, and craft beer connoisseur.


Mike Mikho

CMO, Laundry Service / Cycle

Mike Mikho is the CMO of Cycle and Laundry Service, overseeing all new business and client onboarding for both the global media network and the full service social agency. Mike helps brands understand how social content creation and distribution can impact business goals, including how to best leverage influencers and athletes. Prior to joining Cycle & LS, Mike led new business for various agencies across social, experiential and traditional media disciplines. He's also written several thought leadership pieces on social media for AdAge, AdWeek and Digiday.

Sam Morrison

Creator, @SamTheCobra

Sam Morrison, better known as @SamTheCobra on Instagram, built his digital career from his ability to create ideas in the form of photos and videos for the internet. His collaborations have taken him all over the world to capture brilliant content for the world's biggest brands, featured in global digital, print and out of home placements.


Devra Prywes

VP Marketing & Insights, Unruly

Devra Prywes is Vice President, Marketing and Insights at Unruly. She has a 15-year history in launching media properties on digital and traditional platforms and is a frequent commentator on social video trends and analytics for Forbes, Fox News, NBC, MSNBC, Inc. and Cynopsis Digital.

Prior to joining Unruly, Prywes worked at Time Inc., and launched several licensed entertainment properties in gaming, home entertainment and digital distribution. She has a degree in Cognitive Science from Northwestern University and an MBA in Marketing and Entertainment/Media Technologies from NYU’s Stern School of Business, which she enjoys using on a regular basis at Unruly!
